    <section>
        <h2>1. Acceptance of Terms</h2>
        <p>
            Welcome to LocalArt, a platform operated by HSV Quest LLC,
            an Alabama limited liability company.
        </p>
        <p>
            By registering for an account, accessing, or using LocalArt,
            you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
            If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
        </p>
    </section>

    <section>
        <h2>2. Beta Testing Disclaimer</h2>
        <p>
            <strong>LocalArt is currently in beta testing and is
            provided for experimental and evaluation purposes.</strong>
        </p>
        <p>
            The platform may contain bugs, errors, incomplete features,
            security vulnerabilities, or unexpected behavior.
            Features and services may be changed, suspended, or
            discontinued at any time.
        </p>
        <p>
            By participating in the beta, you acknowledge that:
        </p>
        <ul>
            <li>Service availability is not guaranteed.</li>
            <li>Uploaded content or account data may be lost or corrupted.</li>
            <li>Features may change or be removed without notice.</li>
            <li>Accounts may be reset or deleted during testing.</li>
            <li>Technical support and data recovery are not guaranteed.</li>
            <li>Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.</li>
        </ul>
        <p>
            Users should maintain their own backups of original artwork,
            photographs, descriptions, and other important materials.
            LocalArt should not be used as a primary storage or
            archival service.
        </p>
    </section>

    <section>
        <h2>3. Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions</h2>
        <p>
            Participation in the LocalArt beta is limited to individuals
            who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United States,
            excluding the State of California.
        </p>
        <p>
            California residents are not eligible to register for or
            participate in the beta, including while temporarily
            located outside California.
        </p>
        <p>
            By registering, you represent that you meet these
            eligibility requirements.
        </p>
        <p>
            HSV Quest LLC reserves the right to restrict access from
            additional jurisdictions or suspend accounts that do not
            meet eligibility requirements.
        </p>
        <p>
            These restrictions do not waive any rights or obligations
            imposed by applicable law.
        </p>
    </section>

    <section>
        <h2>4. User Accounts</h2>
        <p>
            Users agree to provide accurate account information,
            maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials,
            and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
        </p>
        <p>
            Users are responsible for activities conducted through
            their accounts, except to the extent resulting from
            circumstances for which they are not legally responsible.
        </p>
        <p>
            Account sharing, impersonation, fraudulent registration,
            and unauthorized access to other accounts are prohibited.
        </p>
    </section>

    <section>
        <h2>5. Artist Content and Ownership</h2>
        <p>
            Artists and other content creators retain ownership of
            their original artwork, photographs, descriptions, and
            other materials submitted to LocalArt.
        </p>
        <p>
            By uploading or publishing content, you grant HSV Quest LLC
            a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host,
            store, reproduce, resize, crop, format, display, and
            distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate,
            test, and present the LocalArt platform.
        </p>
        <p>
            This license does not transfer ownership of your artwork
            to HSV Quest LLC and does not authorize the sale of your
            original artwork by HSV Quest LLC.
        </p>
        <p>
            The license ends when your content is removed from the
            platform, except for temporary backups, legal retention
            requirements, and uses already lawfully completed.
        </p>
        <p>
            You represent that you own your uploaded content or have
            the necessary rights and permissions to publish it.
        </p>
        <p>
            LocalArt does not claim ownership of user-submitted
            artwork and does not guarantee protection against
            unauthorized copying by third parties.
        </p>
    </section>

    <section>
        <h2>6. Acceptable Use</h2>
        <p>Users may not:</p>
        <ul>
            <li>Upload content that infringes another person's rights.</li>
            <li>Post unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or abusive content.</li>
            <li>Impersonate artists, organizations, or other individuals.</li>
            <li>Upload malware or attempt to compromise platform security.</li>
            <li>Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.</li>
            <li>Use automated tools to scrape or disrupt the service
                without authorization.</li>
            <li>Misrepresent artwork ownership, credentials,
                exhibitions, events, or professional achievements.</li>
            <li>Use LocalArt for unlawful activities.</li>
        </ul>
        <p>
            HSV Quest LLC may review, restrict, remove, or decline
            to publish content that violates these Terms or creates
            legal, security, or operational concerns.
        </p>
    </section>

    <section>
        <h2>7. Content Moderation</h2>
        <p>
            LocalArt may review artist profiles, artwork, venues,
            events, professional credentials, and other submitted
            information before or after publication.
        </p>
        <p>
            Submission does not guarantee approval or publication.
            HSV Quest LLC may remove content, suspend accounts,
            or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce
            these Terms or protect the platform and its users.
        </p>
        <p>
            LocalArt does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity,
            quality, or legality of user-submitted information.
        </p>
    </section>

    <section>
        <h2>8. No Guaranteed Opportunities</h2>
        <p>
            LocalArt is intended to help artists and creative
            communities share and discover creative work.
        </p>
        <p>
            HSV Quest LLC does not guarantee audience engagement,
            sales, employment, exhibitions, commissions, bookings,
            professional recognition, or other opportunities.
        </p>
        <p>
            Unless expressly stated otherwise, LocalArt is not
            a party to arrangements or transactions between users,
            artists, venues, or third parties.
        </p>
    </section>

    <section>
        <h2>9. Privacy and Data</h2>
        <p>
            LocalArt collects and processes certain information
            necessary for account registration, authentication,
            content management, security, and platform testing.
        </p><!--

        <p>
            While HSV Quest LLC takes reasonable steps to protect
            platform information, no internet-based service can
            guarantee absolute security.

            Users should avoid uploading confidential, sensitive,
            or irreplaceable information during beta testing.
        </p>

    <section>
        <h2>10. Feedback and Suggestions</h2>
        <p>
            Beta participants may voluntarily submit bug reports,
            ideas, suggestions, or other feedback.
        </p>
        <p>
            By submitting feedback, you grant HSV Quest LLC permission
            to use that feedback to evaluate, develop, and improve
            LocalArt without compensation or an obligation to
            implement the suggestions.
        </p>
        <p>
            This provision does not transfer ownership of artwork
            or other creative content submitted separately
            to the platform.
        </p>
    </section>

    <section>
        <h2>11. Disclaimer of Warranties</h2>
        <p>
            TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
            LOCALART IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE,"
            WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS
            OR IMPLIED.
        </p>
        <p>
            HSV QUEST LLC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
            MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
            AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
        </p>
        <p>
            HSV Quest LLC does not warrant that the platform will
            be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from
            data loss.
        </p>
    </section>

    <section>
        <h2>12. Limitation of Liability</h2>
        <p>
            TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
            HSV QUEST LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES,
            AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
            INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
            OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF LOCALART.
        </p>
        <p>
            This includes, where legally permitted, losses related
            to service interruptions, lost data, lost profits,
            missed opportunities, or unauthorized third-party
            activity.
        </p>
        <p>
            To the maximum extent permitted by law, HSV Quest LLC's
            total liability arising from the beta service shall
            not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid
            by the user to HSV Quest LLC for LocalArt services
            during the twelve months preceding the claim.
        </p>
        <p>
            Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability
            that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
        </p>
    </section>

    <section>
        <h2>13. Suspension and Termination</h2>
        <p>
            HSV Quest LLC may suspend, restrict, or discontinue
            the beta platform or individual accounts when reasonably
            necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance,
            testing, or enforcement of these Terms.
        </p>
        <p>
            The beta may end without transitioning to a permanent
            public service. Continued account access and
            preservation of beta content are not guaranteed.
        </p>
        <p>
            Users may request account deletion through the
            contact information provided below.
        </p>
    </section>

    <section>
        <h2>14. Changes to These Terms</h2>
        <p>
            HSV Quest LLC may update these Terms as the platform
            develops. The effective date will be updated when
            changes are published.
        </p>
        <p>
            Material changes will be communicated through the
            platform or by email when reasonably practicable.
            Continued use after the effective date of updated
            Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes
            where permitted by law.
        </p>
    </section>

    <section>
        <h2>15. Governing Law</h2>
        <p>
            These Terms are governed by the laws of the State
            of Alabama, United States, without regard to
            conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable
            law requires otherwise.
        </p>
        <p>
            Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from
            these Terms shall be brought before courts of
            competent jurisdiction in Madison County, Alabama.
        </p>
